Thank you for the update on Alabama football and the Texas running back room.

I think IU just proved that high priced mercenaries aren't necessary to win a title. That said, I have high hopes for a guy named "Hollywood."

I don’t blame him for taking more money and getting cold feet about coming into a historically bad running back rotation. But this crap about reneging on Alabama because Texas is more serious about winning championships is stupid.

A guy who has enough of a life to not post over 60k times on a message board in 6 years. How’s that going for you??

They aren't going to pay an astronomical amount for a single player.

Especially with 2 5* RB's on campus expected to transform the running game next year

It happened with Cam Coleman, too.
LMFAO at you thinking Alabama had a chance at Cam Coleman. You were merely a courtesy visit for him to see Derrick Nix. His agent is a Texas grad and everyone knew he was going there the minute he hit the transfer portal. Alabama’s offer, whatever it might have been, never mattered.

Grubb
his rush offenses since Fresno State:

2020: 106th (Fresno State)
2021: 90th (Fresno State)
2022: 69th (Washington)
2023: 106th (Washington)
2025: 125th (Alabama)

This was taken from a poster on BOL.

What makes us think Alabama will somehow dramatically improve that?

I told them they weren't going to have a good running game before the season ever started, they just wanted to argue.

Imagine a kid saying he has a better chance to win at Texas.

Decline.

This is a loaded question and honestly I don’t have the time to explain. Probably needs it’s own thread

It can be both. These kids are going to take the money (hell we all would) but if
He wants to make the nfl he has a lot of opportunity at Texas with a lot of eyeballs watching arch.

He's right he has a qb that is returning And a wr room that will help. If I'm him
I'd worry about the o line (which he conveniently didn't mention) but with Bama losing your qb and some skill players at the current moment its a better bet
