Tennessee rank by year for least penalty yards/game:

2026 so far - 135th
2025 - 70th
2024 - 119th
2023 - 126th
2022 - 124th
2021 - 106th

I don't know what the heck was going on with UT last season to drop us below 100 on the least penalized list. So far this season, UT has had 21 penalties in 2 games. Now...14 of those 21 and 142 of the 202 yards were in Atlanta against Georgia Tech with an ACC officiating crew...but even without that game, they had 60 yards at home...which 60/game would be tied for 85th with Auburn.
