Is there a history of teams being preseason 4th in their division and winning the CWS Championship? If so...then yes, I guess he underachieved. Otherwise, I think he exceeded preseason expectations.

No...decades start with year 1 and end in year 0. So, 2011-2020 was a decade. 2021-2030 is a decade.

I'll give the Vols this ... I watched college baseball last year, when I was working on the road. Credit also to MSU.
