To any talking head who thinks AU is "best team". LSU ripped that D for 508 yards

and 30 first downs. Short of throwing up on themselves on the AU goal line and several other maladies, likely from looking ahead (despite of what they claimed) to Bama that game would have gotten out of hand. At least 40 and more on the best D in America.

LSU's freaking offense is for real. I'd pay to see them get into a scoring match with Lincoln Riley's club or Ohio St. And hide and watch Dabo's little country ball club coming down the stretch. They seem to get bored with playing the Little Sister's of the Poor and Some Bible College every week in that ACC thing but get interested real quick @ playoff time and get their chemicals mixed up with the regular daily chow. And if somehow Saban's little freshman can hold the fort and sneak them in and get a couple of those stud ducks they lost back in action then things might get further complicated. Lots of teams out there this year.

LSU has a fantastic offense but anyone with a football brain saw Auburn’s defense play championship level football yesterday.

They were routinely put into a bad position by an absolutely atrocious display of offense.

90 plays to 62.

If LSU averaged a mere 4 yards a play for those extra 28 plays, that’s over 100 extra yards of offense thanks to our shitty head coach.

And a whole 23 points to show for it. Auburn shut that shite down when they needed to. Who cares about yards and first downs? LSU loses to Bama, Ole Miss, and A&M. The blueprint to shut down burrow has been laid out by Auburn.

Hard to argue with that Jim!

I don't know anyone who thinks AU is the better team. We will probably be a 8-4 team, so that's not good in my book.

Are LSU fans really insecure to the point that you can't enjoy a win? frick. It is possible for you to win a close game and acknowledge that the other team did some things well (thus making it close). Damn.

So LSU "threw up on themselves" because they were looking ahead to Alabama? Would this have happened at the play call, or the line of scrimmage, or even after the snap of the ball? So instead of running correct routes, the receivers were thinking of Alabama? The linemen couldn't hold as well because they were thinking 2 weeks ahead?

How exactly did that happen?

You pander too much to opponents.

I agree. I'm not knocking AU. LSU on offense just looks like grown men playing with children and that QB and receivers are a nightmare. Steele made them work for it and they got it even though they shot themselves in the foot over and over and Steele's bunch had something to do with that too. AU will fight your arse and they are sneaky too.

This is the first time in the 21st century that putting up 23 points is considered "ripping" a defense.

While some LSU fans here probably are insecure, this post game from a Gump's Gump. JimDog is about as "Tidish" as they come.

No other team in the country has the D-Line to be able to do that without getting gashed for 300 yards rushing.

Auburn’s defense played about as well as they could against that offense. They got just enough pressure to keep making Joe take check downs instead of being able to challenge the dbs downfield and the one bad ball he threw they intercepted it.

There were a lot of coulda shouldas in the game but when it came down to it LSU had chances to put the game away earlier but auburn was good enough and opportunistic enough to not let them.

Your terrified of what’s coming and it’s fricking obvious.

We get it. Alabama football is your life. If they lose, it means YOU are a loser too because you got nothing else in your life.

I understand why he said it because of 508 yards but yards do not win games, points do. Alabama stacked how many on clemson but scored 16 points.... Yards dont win games!

Double true. They've been spectacular+ , but they're really not slicing people any worse or more effectively then Alabama has for two seasons when Tua is healthy. This should be a great game!
