Times like these make me appreciate Alabama fans

We all know Alabama fans are dumb, loud, and hopelessly arrogant. They are inbred, smelly, and love to talk about they are the best.
But so are LSU fans. And Texas fans. And Florida fans. And sometimes even Georgia fans.
These last few weeks have really opened my eyes. Texas fans are just as if not more arrogant than Alabama fans despite having a fraction of their success. Especially as of late. LSU fans are in the same camp.
So I look at how the LSU and Texas fans on here act, and look at how insufferable they are, and then I think of what they would be like if they won as much as Bama did. And I shudder. It was at that moment I had an epiphany. For the amount of success they’ve had, Bama fans aren’t so bad.
I think we need to appreciate them more. Let’s hear it for all the Gumps on here

Texas was an independent nation from March 1836 until february 1846. Their entire identity is built on this. Most people think it was like 100 years but it was just short of 10 years where they lobbied the USA relentlessly for membership (much like the SEC). fricking pathetic. That's their entire identity. That's the root of "we're Texas". lol. Oklahoma is the settling point of almost every major Indian Nation from the southeast, and we still exist. We're still here and we're gonna frick you all up. Also frick Texas and their fake state myth.

It must have been a glorious 10 years that Texas was it's own sovereign nation, should have stayed that way so we could build a wall around it and keep everyone out including the Okies and California Okies...

If you think about arrogance/NC in living memory, Bama isn't so bad. But UGA is 2nd only to Aggies by that metric.

To be fair, UGA would have at least 10 national titles if they had played in the Big12 as long as Texas has.
