This stinks to high heaven. I have some sympathy for these people, but they have to know better.

And Tebow should know better. If he finds out it's truly a scam, then he not only cease doing the speaking engagements, he should also publicly condemn them.

We now return to our regularly scheduled program….frick LANE KIFFIN AND LSU….who we heard was also involved in the scam.

I read your post and it made me become interested also. I did a little searching for information on "Life Surge" and found one of their prominent speakers explaining things.

I know nothing about “Lifesurge” and a lot of stuff goes on in the name of “Christianity” that shouldn’t But I do know Tebow has/had a big part in “Night to Shine”, which I’ve been involved with, so I do have a soft spot for him. I don’t know how much he personally profits off it. But I think it’s a good program overall. No idea what his motives are.

Tebow might not be legit. I don’t know. But I do know that people LOVE to drag someone down who’s trying to do good or has an history of doing good, yet excuse someone who’s blatantly against all things holy. There’s a whole “gotcha” vibe for some.

If he did he’d be championed for being “brave”. If he didn’t and resisted temptation for 20 years but screwed up at some point, some folks would jump on it with glee. That seems odd to me. Assuming he swings that way.

Anyone who puts any credibility on Mother Jones as a legitimate journalistic outlet is an absolute idiot.
