OU playing Tenn in OKC at the triple A ballpark in Bricktown. I"ve got a suite for Friday and Saturday can't wait!

Oklahoma leads the all-time series, 3-1. The Sooners beat Tennessee in 1951 to win their first national title.

Whats crazy is OU is 7th nationally in SOS. And there are 5 SEC teams ahead of us with even lower SOS. SEC is loaded with baseball talent!

still hard to get used to seeing LSU near the bottom. They'll be back, obviously, but it's hard to believe they are so bad this year.

OU played a tough midweek schedule against teams and on the road that most wouldn't play in midweek action

My only regret today is that we don’t have any game starting before 6 ET. What Id give to put on whip around coverage at 1pm

Agreed. This is why the first regional days are nirvana. Wall to wall action all day

Trust me: it’s hard to watch every weekend but I still do it!
Sucks to suck but going through it and not being a fair weather makes the good times so much better!

It makes sense for the strike zone to be bigger vertically than MLB, but why would you have a strike zone wider than home plate?

Maybe the umps are fatter so they compensate?
I really can’t think of any good reason its wider. Unless plate size is different other than that it makes no sense whatsoever

It's been a really fun season. Crazy that the fate of so many teams are coming down to this weekend. There are projected 2s that could end up in the national seed convo and projected hosts that could wind up as borderline 3 seeds all depending on it. (and Hoover of course)
