Don't you have to win it more than once in 15 years for it to be an annual award

What is up with Thuga's and cars

Shits embarrassing for sure, especially someone who should be held to an even higher standard.

It’s “thug” behavior to speed now? Haha So you’ve never been 20 over? Pussy.
I’ve never been a staff member at a University, at least in part in charge of mentoring young people. If I was and that school had recently had such a tragedy as occurred due to reckless driving, speeding and dui…I’d probably have the maturity and self awareness to not get arrested for reckless driving.

You guys try so hard. It's impressive.
Wonder if UT would have a division title in the last decade if your team tried this hard to get better.
Guess we'll never know.

UGA definitely got a problem with legal driving...its bizarre

Kirby Smart should be forced to sit down and listen to families that lost relatives due to reckless driving incidents caused by others. Maybe then he would have a no tolerance policy for this shite.

So real question.. when did they start arresting people for going 20 miles over the speed limit?

Until it became a problem at UGA, I don't think I've ever seen speeding considered a thug action.
Then you do not drive on Interstates in the places I drive.
There is a culture, very widespread now, regarding excessive speed and super-aggressive operation of a motor vehicle in today's society. The drivers of said vehicles are often black, but sometimes very white and emulating black culture.
And when I say excessive ? Typically 25+ MPH over the posted limit. What used to be an automatic hook for reckless driving.

Who gives a shite for fricks sakes you’re watching a game where people violently attack one another. Every team has pieces of shite.
The level of hypocrisy fans ascend to when they act like their team is somehow better bc their criminals haven’t been caught lmao

Nah, we get Mizz and Ole Miss at home; then finish with 2 G5 city schools. November will be easy like September.

20 miles per hour over the speed limit is the minimum they can arrest you for reckless driving, dumb arse. They will arrest you for reckless driving if you're 20 MPH over the speed limit and you're weaving in and out of traffic. If it's just straight speed then 40-50 mph over will get you arse taken to jail. The actual speed they clocked him at hasn't been reported yet.

First off .. screw you!!
Secondly, I don’t know how fast he was going; never said I did. The article just said it was because he was at least 20 mph over. That to me was unusual because traffic through Atlanta is commonly 15-20 miles over.
Once again screw you; and you’re impending 4 loss season. Again!

If it was some other no-name low level coach I'd say toss him. But it's Jarvis Jones so he gets a pass... this time. But he better not do it again, I tell ya! Or else!

Hence, the problem. Yes, we all enjoy watching them beat the shite out of each other, over the weekend, on the designated field of play wearing the appropriate clothing.
We do not, at least I do not, enjoy the same folks violently operate a motor vehicle in our same shared spaces. And that, my man, is exactly the problem.

The article is woefully incorrect in its assertion that "maximum limits" typically means 20 MPH over.
The code section for "speeding" is 40-6-181 OCGA, and its title is "Maximum Limits".
By law, outside of marked school zones and marked residential areas, local and campus agencies must give a 10 MPH cushion, but the state agencies may cite for 1 MPH over.
