Three biggest strengths, three biggest weaknesses of your team

Going into the season what three things are you really excited for? Which three things are you concerned about?
Florida:
WR core is outstanding. Has to be considered one of the best in the country right now.
2nd year leap - Year 2 seems to be when you see the biggest improvement from a team under a new coaching staff. Really look forward to seeing how improved we are. Our record was great, but a lot of ugly wins and close calls we really shouldn't have had. Also three double digit loses can't happen again.
Backfield - Franks has another offseason to improve(year 1 under Mullen was a massive improvement), have a talented RB core(Perine, Pierce, Davis, Clement). Add in the back up for Franks if he somehow regresses should be functional.
Weaknesses -
Offensive line - No clue how good they will be. The coaching is good..but certainly a lot of questions going into the season
DB depth - Corner depth took a hit this offseason. A lot of freshman will have to play early. Injuries could be worrisome if they stack up(like last year).
Talent gap - We don't have nearly the top end talent from a star stand point and that could show at some points during the season. The starting unit is fine, but once you go into the depth chart not sure we will be as good as needed to win the SEC.

Strengths:
1) OL
2) upperclassmen with all conference potential at OL, RB, QB, WR, TE, LB, CB, and S.
3) high quality depth everywhere but QB
Weaknesses:
1) injury history with starters on defense (ILB and DL) and offense (RB, TE, and OL)
2) new question marks with new coordinators
3) potentially tough schedule (never know how good/bad Notre Dame, Auburn, Florida, Missouri, and A&M will be)

Is it just me or does it seem like Perine is a 7th year senior?

True, no way of knowing how good they'll be...but, with only 1 starter returning to your line, it's cause for pause especially when going up against Miami's good defensive line. It'll be interesting to see how the matchup goes.
On the other side, UF's defense looks to be pretty good against Miami's O.

Don't forget to add our OC and DC's...they're brand new and it'll be interesting...hoping for the best.

Ole Miss
Strengths:
1. Running backs, returning Phillips who had an outstanding year last year and Ealy. Plus a couple more serviceable guys
2. WR's, I know it seems odd since we had 5 WR's in rookie camps this year but it's the one position we have kept stock piled pretty well.
3. No more Phil Longo, probably my favorite one
Weakness:
1. Experience, very very young on offense
2. O line, one 2 returning starters just had back surgery
3. WAOM

Strengths
1. Obviously the secondary, having Delpit, Fulton, Vincent, Harris and Stevens back gives us a heck of a group, add in the #1 player in Stingley who has looked dominant from the time he stepped on campus and it should be pretty hard to dent us through the air this year
2. Returning front 7, having Lawrence, Fehoko, Shelvin, Logan, Farrell, Phillips, Divinity and Queen all coming back is a huge boost and adding Chaisson back into the mix will help pass rush so much
3. Offensive skill position improvement, Burrow is back, the WR corps is back, replace Brossette with a pair of ultra talented freshman and a returner in CEH...overall this group should be a good bit better than they were last year with most of them having a year or two under their belts now playing together
Weaknesses
1. Place kicking game, just a big unknown here in a true freshman Cade York, talented yes, but a freshman is a freshman, what happens when the first pressure FG comes into play this season? Going from a sure thing in Cole Tracy to a true unknown here is a big question mark
2. Offensive line was straight up bad overall last season, and most of those guys return, so that could be a good/bad scenario. Cushenberry and Lewis are really good players, Charles and Deculus have a lot to improve on from last season as returning starters at the book end positions. LG seems a little unsettled right now with senior Adrian Magee getting most reps, kind of a journeyman player, they are trying to get sophomore Chasen Hines more reps at center since Cole Smith left so we have a true backup center ready to go, but he is the main competition for Magee at the LG spot
3. Unknown of new offense, again we're implementing a brand new offense for a 3rd straight season, out of shotgun almost exclusively and airing it out a lot more. It will look the least amount like an "LSU offense" than ever before

Alabama
Weaknesses:
1. Kicking game. I don't know anything about the kicking game but until proven otherwise I just always put this first on the weakness list.
2. No continuity of coaches. It's be a pretty constant rotation of coordinators and position coaches the last few years and I think it has had a negative impact. Until shown otherwise I'm concerned about yet another new set of coaches meshing with each other and the players quickly.
3. TE/H-Back. Has been a pretty important part of Alabama's offense and Irv Smith and Hale Hentges both played their roles very well and are gone. I don't really see heir apparent to either so I think the offense will be tweaked a bit to de-emphasize TE and H-Back this year.
Strengths
1. QB. As long as he is healthy Alabama probably has a top 2 QB in college football. After a year of starting under his belt along and an off-season to process his game, could be even better.
2. WR. Studs all over the field.
3. Motivation. Alabama is hearing Clemson is the top dog after the NC game beat down. Saban will figure a way to have them play with a chip on their shoulder.

For Auburn
Strengths
1 - Dline - Should be very solid. Hopefully some of the 2nd string will step up and our depth will be good as well
2 - Secondary - Lots of returning guys here
3 - Wide Receivers - No huge experience here but a big mix of guys who will show out when needed
Weaknesses
1) Brand new Qb - Starting the season with a 2 QB race where neither has taken a meaningful college snap.
2) Oline talent - I want these guys to do better since they are all seniors and have played together but I have learned in the past, O line guys that are bad, stay bad
3) Fan Base - AU fan base is on the cliff already

Bama players get recruited by one coach, then could sign under another one, and then could play under a different coach every year they are there. It's crazy to think about the constant turn-over and yet Saban still puts an elite product on the field every year.

Strengths:
Offense: Offensive Line - They're gonna make everyone around them great.
Defense:
DB Speed - I believe our CB's could run step for step with anybody. Eric Stokes has all the tools to be great as he displayed last year when he came in for Tyson Campbell. The knock on Campbell was he don't turn his head. He improved on that towards the end of the season.
Weaknesses:
Offense:
WR: Experience. But they are super talented with speed and Height(Fromm love to put it up high)
Defense:
LB: Not really a weakness IMO but last year we didn't put much pressure on the QB. Now with more experience and competition, those highly rated LB's will show results.
