How many more cancelled games does it take?

Isn’t it time to take the health of our youths over money?

It's like you challenge yourself to make each thread you start dumber than the last.

But for real, how excited were you when the SEC announced it was going to have an all conference schedule? And at what point did you declare it a farce?

No, it's time to change the policy with contact tracing. At minimum, they should treat players like the coaching staff and if guys who have been popped for contact tracing have three straight negative tests, they can play. Healthy players shouldn't be forced to quarantine if they're not sick and have a multiple tests that show they aren't sick.

I wasn't excited about our game with Texas being cancelled. I did like the idea of playing 10 SEC games but, at the time it was announced, I wasn't confident in the least it wouldn't turn into a shitshow eventually.

You know it became a farce/asterisk season to Auburn and LSU fans when they weren’t in contention anymore and rivals like Alabama, Florida, and Texas A&M were. If their teams were in contention, there wouldn’t be a post from them about asterisks or farces.

I'm just happy to have football. I think most fans are.

Nobody's health is being jeopardized. Turn off your television set.

I don't disagree with you, but the number of fans, in general, who have completely checked out has been at an all-time high. Obviously, if your team is in contention you haven't, but most years you still have fans fully invested even if they aren't vying for a conference or national title. This year just feels like the only fans fully invested in the season, as a whole, are a few teams from the SEC and a handful of other teams around the country. It's not surprising given the crappy circumstances of this year, but it's sad, and this isn't even limited to college football. It's been this way across all sports at all levels. I'm just waiting for the day when all this bullshite is over and we can get back to normal football weekends and all that comes with them. Despite LSU sucking, I still hate that I can't enjoy football Saturdays the way I have been my entire life. Even during the 90s when LSU sucked more than they didn't, it still was something I looked forward to every weekend because, at least in SEC country, football season has always been a lot more than the 60 minutes of football on Saturdays. ("it just means more" )

I’ve been to Baton Rouge... its a great facility and if you don’t act like a shithead, the fans were always cool with me/family. And the tailgate atmosphere and food were beyond excellent.

TBF, I’ve had good experiences at every SEC stadium I’ve visited. Even wearing Alabama gear. Ohh yer gonna catch an ear full... but its usually light hearted and not nothing I didn’t expect.

Arky has considered you all practice for awhile now. Since they were the only team with enough of a sack to put together a real season. A lot of actors took consecutive weeks off
