So what players from the 15 teams competing in the tourney are protesting?

I think it's amazing. frick the NCAA. Let these kids all go pro out of high school. Half the players in this tournament have no business being on a college campus and the NCAA has no business telling them they can't get market value for the skills they have spent years perfecting.

They’re demanding a favorable Supreme Court ruling?

That’s not how SCOTUS works

Half the players? Half? ONE % of college basketball players will go in this year's NBA draft. Not all those guys will make a roster.

Not sure where half of the tourney players will go if they leave college but the NBA ain't one of them.

Just pointing out that 99% of all college basketball players are soon to be in dire need of a college education.

Actual student-athletes will still receive a college education. Less of them get one now because scholarships are taken up by people that don't even want to be there. So it's the opposite of what you are saying.

Getting paid while in school isn't going to help anyone retire early. I've already stated numerous times the one and doners have zero interest in going to school and letting them get paid under the table has brought college basketball and big business to the jagged edge of serial cheating in college basketball today. Just let them go. The other 99% better dig deep while they got a shovel to dig with.

Without college basketball, 75% would be doing what?

$100,000+ in free tuition, room, board...all of the athletic perks, etc...yet they want to act like martyrs. Laughable.

Haven't seen the strike info.

But, let them all leave. Take away their scholarships and move on.

Guess what, someone else will take their spot and scholarship, and Collegiate BB will go on.

Then you wake up and realize sports are about the Joe's and people will watch less if the best talent skipped collegiate basketball.
