Spears & McElroy were pretty good together, but good grief, where in the world did this new crew come from?

Yeah that chick is terrible. I tuned in for a few minutes last night. It's a pretty awful

SEC Network talent has all been gobbled up by ESPN. We never should have partnered with them. That said I didn't really care for ToL even when Spears and McElroy were on it.

Is that the permanent lineup? I was hoping they were just filling in for Spears and McElroy.

It's permanent and it sucks. I had high hopes because I like Spencer Hall. But where did they find those other two guys, at a freaking job fair in Cumberland Mall?
I think the girl hosting is fine - she's just coming off a little too dominant because the others are virtual. But geez, this show looks like it's going to be the king of the unfunny scripted hot take.

Well that sucks. I really enjoyed TOL, but this lineup is unwatchable.

Yeah, I do too, but I don't think he came off well in this format.
I thought Richard Johnson (the other Florida guy) actually did pretty well, but Boykin (the Georgia guy) was terrible.
These "Zoom call" shows are really going to have to find a way to overcome the few seconds of delay, because it kills any sort of timing.

I was a big fan of this show in the past.
If I recall, Spears and Mac brought in a third guy who was supposed to be a funny compiler of online clips and commentary, but he really just ended up awkwardly sitting around and never added much.
They replaced him with this former reporter from South Carolina, Alyssa Lang, who was similarly but slightly less awkward.
And now for some reason she's the actual host, presumably because she's the only person who lives close enough to drive in to the studio.

So annoying they force women into these roles and they offer zero value besides eye candy. Did it during the Stanley Cup as well.

That show did not need a woman host. It was perfect the first year when it was just GMac and Spears
They did a great job with the show, it did not need a woman host to be there for two people.
