What things are you gonna be paying attention to week one?

- I'm interested in seeing South Carolina's defense against ECU. ECU can throw it around with the best of them and USCe secondary struggled last year. South Carolina should score points but when ECU has the ball I will be watching.

- I think Utah State can move the ball on Auburn, so I'm looking at Auburn's defense and how they are fundamentally. There is talent but if they are out of position and have poor tackling it doesn't bode well for them.

- Georgia's run game. Georgia has to run ball better if they want to win east this year. Interested to see if Crowell is really as good as advertised.

- How Muschamp handles himself on sideline. I say he tries to remain calm until about the second quarter when game is still kinda tight and just starts throwing f-bombs all over place.

This is the main thing to watch week 1. Utah St is not a very talented team (obviously) but they are an extremely disciplined and fundamentally sound team. Combine that with a week 1 game against the most inexperienced team in the nation and you have a potential upset. Think Navy v. Notre Dame for this one. Auburn wins, but it goes to the 4th quarter.

Nope.

I can't wait to see how long the game winning FG Tiger high kicks to beat State will be.

They're also not allowed to have caffeine, so they will be well rested too. Utah St. has a great chance to pull the upset, nearly beat OU last year in Norman.

Why don't you go check out the turnover in Utah States roster just like ya'll have obsessed about the turnover in Auburn's.

You might be surprised at how different the team that "nearly beat OU last year" is this year.

Two difference:

1. Utah State isn't as good as Navy.
2. Notre Dame isn't as good as Auburn.

But other than that, you nailed it.
