Just checked into the Rant after work today, and was impressed to learn that this topic still has legs… great to see all you SEC fans so excited about Texas!!

Wrong!
Texas embarrassed Alabama at home, running the ball down Alabama's throats for 7+ minutes to end the game.
Alabama will probably have 3 NFL 1st round selections, 2 DB's and an OT.
Texas embarrassed all 3 all night long.
Not everybody was ignorant of the quality the Texas program.
In the eyes of the NFL, Texas went from a poor Player Development grade to A+ in 2 years, sending 11 players to the Combine.
Texas didn't "waste" anybody's talent this year.
Sarks running back by committee, run first offense dovetails perfectly with the NFL model. A lot of guys played and a lot of guys got prepared for the NFL.
Oh, and Texas went from a losing record to the CFP Playoff in 2 years.
That is not wasting Talent.

I guess with your baseball team getting housed this weekend you have no choice but to turn your attention to football. When the SEC starts long dicking them what are you gonna have to brag about. You are Texas and we all know you find something, justified or not.

TX was shite putting people in the league for YEARS! One good year…and now your the shoes of the combine

Worthy didn’t look that fast on the 4th and goal stop . Don’t know how it’s possible for someone to run a 4.18 or whatever it was and not gain a yard in crunch time .
