This game is going to feel like sucking half dried concrete through a straw

You know, that is the beast of sports. Everyone saying 3-2 and it'll end up being something stupid like that.
Or a massive shootout like 55-60

That one surprised me. I thought he would like to get to 1000 yards this year. He is what a 4th rounder at best?

Also running against that Iowa defense was awful last year and this years offensive line hasn't exactly been a showcase situation for him (although admittedly it did improve towards the end of the season.)

Might do the over on this one

They should subvert the rules for this bowl game and make it like golf.
Lowest score wins, but you must score more than 0.

Honestly at this point, I'd just assume see some of the younger guys and how they could be utilized. McClain has some bright spots this season and I'd like to see some more of Wright too.

I'll always be for bowls outside of the CFP and NY6. That extra month of practices is a big deal, especially when you're going to have a decent amount of turnover.

My point is the bowls will be a joke outside of the playoffs. Best players will opt out.

Maybe they do, maybe they don't.
I've still enjoyed watching non-CFP bowl games though. Fun to see some youngers guys step in as well.
I'll never get being tired of more football.

Sponsors might stop sponsoring if the best players opt out. Our game might only draw a few thousand fans and a small TV audience outside Lexington and ames.

People putting up NIL money could put in clauses concerning bowl participation. Major network , national audience- they may want more value.

I think the people of Ames will be rooting for UK.

Both sets of fans will probably be just rooting for the paint to dry or taking the cat out of the dryer
