Recently, all get better ratings and have more people outside the respected states interested in them.

I'd be willing to bet if you polled people that actually knew SEC history, the TSIO would be on par with the others. Neither of our opinions really count which has really been my argument the whole time.

If by recently you mean when SEC games started being broadcast nationally and ratings were documented then yes.

Even based on history it would still be an opinion. It is all good to me. The TSIO doesn't make a blip on my radar as far as games in a season I care about or for game that impact LSU football in a season. The way many have characterized it an outsider would think that it is the end all be all.

But in all honesty unless there is a 30 for 30 on it it will always be 3rd tier IMO only.
And to the hardest non "rivalry" game you will have this year. See ya in 2 weeks.

Me neither. But neither do Tennessee/Florida, South Carolina/Georgia, Auburn/Georgia, Georgia/Florida. The only one that I insist on watching every year is Alabama/Auburn. But as I said before, I'm not a fan of any of those schools, so those rivalries don't matter to me as they do the schools that participate.

Iron Bowl is too important to move Auburn east and Tennessee west to be done with it?

Unless you're a Troy fan (who has a real good chance of beating our arse), I doubt that.

Naaah I meant as far as getting a whole lot of shite when Bama beats us. LSU fans are going to have to get even thicker skin.

As I said before, I don't want TTSIO to end...both teams obviously love it so it would be great to have it continue.

9 game SEC schedule, re-shuffle divisions, add 2 more teams, something to get the SEC into a regular schedule

the game is over for this year and is being played next year for sure...lets pick this debate up next year when the 2014 schedule is announced
