CCTider (or any other bama fan), I am curious because the role is an unfamiliar one for me. Are there any distance parameters for a big brother/little brother relationship? Or, more to the point, do you think Arky is too far away to be labeled as Aubies little bro like they so desperately crave to be?

Im not gonna lie. I hate Auburn and Malzahn with a passion. Sports hate that is. I hope they loose every game they play no matter who they play. I cannot root for Gus Malzahn. Other teams I have no real feeling either way, but with ol Gus its a different story. His cult following here in Arkansas has led to those feeling and Im sure that is partially the case with CBB.

I guess Bert should have just said "They are so good we'll just take another bye week and enjoy ourselves."
It'll be a much better game this year, and there is very little love lost for Gus Mal-a-zahn outside of the cultists from Springdale.
That...plus the fact that the Auburn program usually smells like one of those outhouse public toilets at the lake in August leads me to proudly state:
I detest Auburn almost as bad as I detest Notre Dame.

Malzahn's a creepy little guy that attends a cultish church, has a crazy wife and spent most of his life associating himself with Arkansas; first as a player and then a coach. I don't hate Gus, or even care that he coaches at Auburn, but you don't grab coaches from your little bro. Auburn snatched Gus from our little bro, so you're more like the annoying friend who won't go home.
