The new boys (Mizz and aTm) still feels like the drunk uncle that comes to Thanksgiving, you're like, "okay, give him a plate but as soon as he is finished get him a cab and hope you don't see him until New Years when he can bring the liquor".

Meh.

I didn't read this but why? Geographic integrity? Cultural fit? Expansion is about money, plain and simple large TV markets. End of story.

Its not about the fricking markets. This is a fantasy world where only cultural similarity and rivalries matter

Bruh if we switched to the ACC tonight we would be a shoe in for the ACC title. NOBODY overthrew is dangerous except for Louisville and FSU NOBODY.

Clemson looked pretty dangerous against your team last year

Literally the dumbest thing I have ever seen on this forum.

When is the last time UGA won a SEC title.

You really want to go there? In the last 10 years Georgia has won as many SEC titles as Clemson has ACC. Which do you think is more impressive?
Clemson has only played for the ACC title twice in the last 10 years. TWICE you've won your division.

FSU in a much more populated state.

And that matters....how? You can recruit any state you want.

Clemson is 6-6 against FSU last 12 years.

Which only points out how bad FSU was before regaining their footing recently.

easy for some guy who doesn't play college football to say the ACC schedule is easy.

Really? Wow. You know who I am? You ARE good! However, I did play college football, so does that make me an expert?

When you make the point that you playe GT (QWhich UGA has beaten 8 of the last 10 or so) and NC State are tough games....well....let's just say your interpretation of tough is different than mine.

I guarantee you if you look at a SC fan forum, they aren't talking like the UNC game will be a cakewalk. lol

In case you missed it...SC wasn't quite on the same level they have been. The still aren't sure what they will have, so no....it might not be a cakewalk. However, they typically talk about Clemson like YOU are a cakewalk.

Here is Clemson's "pristine clear water lake"

They are even hyping up that red mud shithole of a lake now.

It regularly amazes me how little people know about FSU, as shown when they talk about what an awesome fit FSU would be in the SEC.

Tried asking on another thread, but didn't really get any answers....

But who was the backup plan if Missouri declined their offer? I would like to think that Slive had a few other options ready and on the table.

Mizzou was the back up plan.

You mean the back up to the back up?

USC guys are so bitter about Clemson.

The lake looks really nice to me.

doesn't seem dumb at all. I'd rather live on a nice lake near the mountains than live in a small town in middle of Alabama. I have no problem with Ttown, I'd just prefer being near mountains and clear water lakes.

you think SC would be a shoe in for the ACC title this year? lol Without a proven QB, Mike Davis, and coming off a bad defensive year, with no pass rush?

A instate school typically has an advantage in recruiting in state players. I thought this was understood. Thusly, a more populated state, especially one where high school football is popular, gives the colleges in their states an advantage.

Or it points to fact that Clemson is a better program than you want to admit. FSU most likely had more 4 and 5 star players than Clemson in the years they lost and most of the years they lost to Clem, FSU was ranked or close to it.
