The play to the TE was a clear as day fumble. Couldnt even get a simple replay.

I know its just a game but i says I've never seen anything like this over and over again getting screwed in a critical game. Like i havent seen it since game 6 of the rockets vs warriors last year.

Nobody I know ever thought it was anything but an incomplete pass. We were watching the game at a friends house and even the casual observers called it an incomplete pass. Pretty much textbook

Damn. The melting was really good fun for a couple of days, but this is starting to be like an office full of women hitting their cycle at the same time.

Yo ho melt oh....

I’ll have my eggs melted and with melt toast;

A melt by any other name is still a melt

Melteo melteo wherefore art thou melteo;

I’m getting melted in the morning...ding dong the bells are going to melt;

The fumble is without a doubt the most arguable call that LSU fans have raised. Everything else has been proven without a doubt to have been correct.

My question is, had it been in the endzone, would you have awarded a TD?

He never fully possessed the ball and since it was so close the call on the field would have stood regardless of if it had been called a catch/fumble or incomplete.

I thought it was a fumble, but it could have gone either way.

Why don't you just congratulate the Aggie and be done with it? Damn you fricks are some whiny bitches. You beat them 6 years in a row and they win one lucky arse game and LSU fans have a conniption fit. Y'all weren't going anywhere this post season anyway.

Well for one you are completely mistaken. As hard as it is to understand coach bumble he said earlier today in his press conference that the play was being looked at but you can’t challenge an incomplete pass don’t waste your timeout.

There's not this much angst after a Georgia/Florida game!

This^^^^ MSU was more affected by the aTm win than was LSU. Dropped State down in the bowl pecking order

The refs told O they looked at it upstairs and not to call a timeout because it was not going to be reversed.
The only thing the SEC needs to do different for the watching public at home is to have more transparency. Don't just let it go with no explanation from game officials that leads to speculation. Address it and make sure the viewers know it was reviewed.
Without that, of course, everyone thinks it's not on the up and up.
That review official must have been really looking though when he caught Mond's knee on the ground briefly.

You could also be talking about the knee on the ground interception play. Both just happened to be a bad break for LSU, hence all the bitching.

Obvious fumble to me. Should have been reviewed.

Anyone who has watched football for a while and seen a few challenges knows that if a call is close as hell the one made on the field is going to stand 100% of the time.

There was zero need for explanation.
