Pork is probably the most BBQ thing you can make. It is the most widely used product. Pork is an older style of bbq.

You know what is better than pork BBQ? Beef and pork BBQ. I can get pulled pork/pork ribs and brisket at every BBQ place in Texas. Things are just better in Texas.

What kind of baseboard licking retard likes pulled pork over brisket?

Obviously one who hasn't had a brisket cooked properly!

Pulled pork and mustard... really.... that's what we are doing now?

Nah. It's just fun banter SC and Aggie fans have every year.

Pork BBQ is the original. Brisket is a poor substitute that Jewish folks and texans make because they can't have pork.

Thinking pulled pork is better than brisket is one of the worst possible takes you can have in the food realm.

Brisket for sure isn't for the poor more than pork! Pork is half the price of a brisket, not to mention well not brisket....

There's no meat better than some swine.

Also, smoked beef short ribs > brisket, all day, every day.

Brisket is exactly that. Brisket. Some people reverse sear brisket... nobody is rever searing a pork butt. Pork Butt is bbq. Brisket is smoked meat.
