I'm a vinegar bbq sauce guy. You can't beat a piled of pulled pork with some spicy vinegar sauce on it.

It's fine to not like brisket, but to claim it's not bbq is dumb.
Good brisket is really good, but I think it's a lot harder to smoke a good brisket than it is to make some good pulled pork. Brisket is much less forgiving.
