Damn, I thought wedding crashers was fiction.

I've heard that the president, the compliance staff and 2 coaches did not want him to play. Don't know if that is exact but I do trust the person that told me this. The one that would worry me is if the boosters in control down there superseded what the compliance staff's suggestion was.

Sounds about right. It wouldn't surprise me at all if Bobby Lowder, Jimmy Rane, and Pat Dye are the ones making all of these decisions.

Auburn was a founding member of this conference. You can't kick us out.

Lowder isn't all that influential nowadays.

Truth

I was cheering when he went bankrupt because I felt we were free from the tyranny of the boosters we have.

I really hope I was not incorrect on that assessment.

With all that has been said about pay for play, is it possible that players are not the only thing being paid for?

I am with you. Never liked having Lowder behind the scenes!

W&L is a guy who doesn't just make shite up. He isn't a message board junkie. He's a guy in the know that just sometimes shares his knowledge. He was on Tidesports for years. I'm not saying he's always right (and the part about being kicked out the SEC is a bit much) but if he's saying it, it's because he believes it and he's connected.

Flounder: Will that work?
Otter: Hey, it's gotta work better than the truth.
Bluto: [thrusting six-pack into Flounder's hands] My advice to you is to start drinking heavily.
Otter: Better listen to him, Flounder, he's in pre-med.
D-Day: [firing up blow-torch] There you go now, just leave everything to me.

We can bank that people in T-town are hearing something about this then if he is so well connected down there. I'm genuinely worried, but you know if we didn't listen to the compliance office I don't know what we expected. That's full blown retard.

I'll wait for Tuesday to come. If it happens, it happens.

I think the biggest thing is Tubs kicked Pat Dye out. hence why Dye hated tubs. Chizik gets hired and gives pat Dye an office back...2 years later allegations come out of a current AU player.

I don't think it's coincidence .

Pat Dye being behind the scenes and around the program is another thing that Auburn fans shouldn't be happy about.

I don't know if this guy's right. But it makes sense. And he clearly implies that Dye is involved. Which obviously makes sense.

I would expect zero to come out of the FBI meeting. If anything happens on this day or this week, it will be from another angle and not the Bond part I would think.

It's actually not. If what I think is actually going on is going on, they will have to be kicked out of the SEC because they will not be an accredited university.
