No they didn’t.

That qb is an assassin. I can’t believe teams that needed a qb passed on him

tells you recruiters often don't know anything, and I'm talking about fulltime assistant coaches

I think they said he only got a walkon offer from Texas Tech 3-4 years ago, so I guess his best offer was New Mexico State

that's why I can't stand these 247/Rivals/etc guys who know absolutely nothing. Not even fulltime coaches make good calls often on recruits

that Mike Farrell guy on Rivals was the biggest douchebag on the planet

How many of Vandy’s players would start for bama? 2? 3?

I think you could confidently say 0 and be pretty safe.

This isn't bagging on Bama, (they will be back, and they will be trouble) but I think all of us should Anchor down! this season. Except of course when we play them, but still.

I will be rooting for the mighty Dores to win the rest of their games (minus one) and go to a decent bowl and depants whoever they play.

Per the Shutdown Fullcast, Vandy only punted 2 times.

Once from Bama’s 42 yard line.

Once from the 50.

They never turned the ball over.

That means that the best Bama’s defense could muster the entire game was stopping Vandy at the 50. That’s pretty damn impressive by Vandy’s offense and pretty pitiful by Bama’s D.

And lose to Georgia.

If Alabama had lost to Georgia, Alabama would not have ignored Vanderbilt until they were down to them 13-0. If Georgia had beat Alabama, Alabama would not have had the let down they did and would have won the Vandy game.

It wasn't some fluke that they won.

They literally came out and beat Bama on both sides of the ball.

Don't think candy will be able to hold on to clark lea after this year. Will be a great coach for some lucky team. If he goes to Florida, watch out.

Pick 6 was brutal.

The other was a really good play by Vandy. Also brutal though.

The worst part for me was knowing when were down 2 TDs and had to get a stop, we would not get it.

And of course, we didn't.

Not sure what Jimbo's ex wife has to do with anything, but Lea might not be easy to lure away since he's a Vandy grad and on course to be their greatest coach of the modern era, if he isn't already. They can and will pay him if they want him to stay

Despite the 5 point difference Vandy gave Bama a best down for 4 quarters.

fully evident you have no idea what you're talking about

Bama had the ball 18 minutes and scored 35 points

Vandy won because of their offense

I'd rather beat uga and lose to Vandy than lose to uga and beat Vandy. Every day of the week.
