I don't root for any SEC power teams now, but I root for Kentucky ,and Vandy to make bowl games because they suck. Also when I was a kid LSU sucked for 6 years. Tennessee was my back up team to root for and they used to beat Bama regularly and I hate Bama. I wish Tennessee would get stronger to give Bama more competition.

Without Tennessee there is still Bama, Florida, Georgia, Auburn and aTm (if they ever get their shite together).
We may not even have divisions at some point. I don't think division serve any purpose and are needed. You don't need division to have a conference championship game so what's the point. The SEC could easily preserve 3 or 4 historic rivalries and expand to 9 conference games. Have the two teams with the best conference records play in the SECCG.
Screw the Vols.

Alabama is already extremely difficult to beat and they are basically starting with a 1 game advantage in conference play every year.

Good, they deserve all that and then some after what they did to Schiano. I'm not sure if Schiano would have been there answer for them. IMO, probably not. However, after what the fans did to basically "unhire" him, they deserve to have a shitty coach.

It's kind of sad that some LSU fans hate the LSU coach so much that they were jealous of Tennessee when they made their hire.

Maybe, no doubt is was messy and chaotic but it still ended up with a relatively decent hire.

It was good to laugh at the Vols for a few years but now it's just getting sad. It's like laughing at someone whose house burned down. Really tough to see Tennessee like this. Not to mention, Bama is their permanent cross division rival. While we get UF and Auburn gets UGA... ughhhh
