If you watch Zero Hour some of the dialogue is almost word for word. When the kid Joey goes to the cockpit and they give him a toy plane I was expecting the pilot to ask if he’s “ever seen a grown man naked” or if “likes movies about gladiators”
quote:

Nah, Big Red just got a lot of pussy back in the day

That doesn’t really answer the question:lol:
quote:

Every horse in the derby is related to him

Is that good? I mean at some point is there inbreeding that would be destructive to the breed?
quote:

It's dumb if we continue to do this in the 12 team playoff era.

Actually it’s not nearly as much of an issue because of the 12 team playoff. Clemson got smoked by UGA week 1 last year and made the playoffs

It’s just stupid to never give yourself a “warm up” game. We played Ga So week 1 in 2019 before going to Texas.

No worse than texags yesterday saying Jay was refusing to play a DH today

Actually surprised more idiots on here aren’t blaming Johnson

President has absolutely zero responsibility here

The Trump cultists are downvoting but this is 100% on point. Any EO on this will get tossed by the courts just like Biden’s student loan forgiveness. Congress would need to pass legislation for any national standard

Game could have been played last night. Aggies think they get some sort of advantage by not having a late night game and playing 2 today.

I love how you idiots create narratives like this. it rained off and on pretty hard at times in Houston all night probably the same in CS. The forecast is clear all day today better to play a DH than start a game and have to stop
quote:

If he’s number 1 overall, he’s declaring.

Link?

Also there is no way to know definitely who is the #1 pick when players declare (see Sanders, Shedeur)

quote:

That being said, if the Saints have that pick, expect the Mannings to try and dictate where he plays. And it won’t be here.

I’m pretty sure Peyton was still projected to go #1. the year before he came. the only first round QB in the 97 draft was Jim Druckeiller

Eli was draft eligible after his sophomore year which was arguably his best.

From 1970-1997 8 QBs were drafted #1. Starting with Peyton in 1998. 21 of 28 have been QBs

Nussmeier is surrounded by NFL talent. Pat Mahomes was 5-7 in his last college season in a crap conference. Physical traits mean something.

Mahomes last year at TT : 388-591-65.7-5052-41-10
The year before his first as a starter
364-573-63.5-4653-36-15

Physical traits matter, so does production
quote:

Just because his uncles didn’t leave means nothing in regards to Arch.

Technically true but the family is very close and has shown they value education not to mention extra development. He hasn’t played an handful of snaps his uncles were multiple year staters. and as someone else mentioned he is making good money via NIL. I would bet on him not being in next year’s draft.

quote:

You could say “look at how many players went back to school for a fourth year and lost money”

This is the ultimate non falsifiable claim. When a player goes back to school, he is not evaluated by the NFL teams. He doesn’t go to the Sr bowl or the combine or pro days or private workouts or interviews nor do teams watch his tape and fully evaluate him. Players projected to go high in drafts fall after they declare fall all the time, there’s a good example from this year

Hope you’re doing ok buddy, sorry your beloved Tennessee Vols lost 2 of 3

quote:

Nah ur just an idiot

:rotflmao: I love people with a total lack of self awareness

quote:

miraculously turn it around cause the 96 team did lol

A team that was 12-6 did not need a turnaround and now they are 14-7. 2 tough series ahead but 5-4 in the next 3 gets 19 wins and a top 8 seed.

1) Risky Business
2) Minority Report
3) Rainman
4) Edge of Tomorrow
5) The Color of Money

Something the prequels are untouchable on as far as Star Wars is concerned are light saber battles. They have all the best ones.

I wish I could downvote this a billion times. The light saber battles in the prequels are over choreographed, CGI crap. There is no feeling no heart just style over substance. By far the worst is ….

Yoda v Palpatine

This ruined everything Yoda and Star Wars was about. Video game nonsense :casty:
quote:

It’s making a nice box office

And the Backstreet Boys sold a lot of records, they still suck

It's clearly the best of the prequels

It’s like being the tallest midget

I would use a 1-3 rounder every year until you grab that elite player.

You do need 21 other starters 1st should be definite starters even 2nd rounders a/be starters plus if you take one every year that high, how long are you giving them? If you have an established starter, like Wolf did with Farve, then you shouldn’t be taking flyers until the 4th-5th round or your 4th 5th pick anyway if you have extra picks. Gabriel was a 3rd rounder but Cleveland’s 5th pick.

If Shough had lit the ACC on fire as a 25 year old

The fact that he didn’t is itself pretty alarming
quote:

The outcry about Shough has more to do with narratives people have (wanting Shadeur or Nuss next year) more so than the actual player

Sounds more like you are the one with the narrative:lol:

Then develop him. Even if he isnt your starter, he becomes a future trade value. Ron Wolf(fmr Packers GM) instilled this view.

He does not mean with the 40th pick. 5th round sure top of the 2nd? Absolutely not
