He took an Ole Miss team that was winless in the SEC for 2 season under Nutt and 2 years later had us with a top 5 ranking, then got us to two NY6 bowls and one shitty 4th and 25 play away from the SEC Championship game.

He lost 37-24 to Memphis and got destroyed by 38-10 Florida in the same year. And lost to Bert.

He's never won anything as a head coach. The last 2 years he went 8-5 back to back in the mighty Conference USA, but I guess he's "great"
