The world of college football doesn’t seem real anymore.

The judge who will decide if Trinidad Chambliss can return for another year is an Ole Miss alum.

What it reeks of is conflict of interest.

Which means the rules have to be legal under the law.

Conflicts of interest don’t apply in the clown world that is modern college football.

NCAA has grounds to have this remanded back to previous venue if it can be proven this judge is a booster ( donations ) to ole miss. They (NCAA) is waiting to see if this judge recuses himself.

Doing it for one school and not the other isn't right either. It's fricked both ways. The NCAA is useless.

Agree. But that doesn’t seem to matter in any forum anymore(but it’s not like that hasn’t been going on forever).

The judge who decides if Aguilar comes back to Tennessee is a Bama alum. Guarantee you Chamblis comes back and Aguilar gets denied

Always fun when people post on topics about which they have no clue. You can’t “remand” a case to a previous venue when the case was filed originally in the court where it is now. Dumbass.

Weird, I didn't see you, or any other fAU fans, complain that the judge on the Malcolm Simmons case was an fAU grad.

Did that reek of a conflict of interest?

If this is true, shouldn't the judge recuse himself due to what could be deemed a conflict of interest?
