We literally give visiting teams a victory lap around our stadium so we can congratulate them if they beat us to go to Omaha. Skip will also go over and give the victors a pep talk about how to win in Omaha.
LSU baseball fans are a different breed from our football fans. Many football guys a show up online watching their first baseball games each post season.

For me at least, it’s not fake.
I genuinely feel for Arkansas fans. That’s a tough way to lose for them. They obviously have a very good team, hence the reason most LSU fans - including myself - did NOT want to see them our side of the bracket

Yea... I can't stand hog fans..mainly for how they froth at the mouth to beat us... but idk...last night and the way they lost it felt different to me. I think had we blown em out or just held a lead or something I'd be trashing them...but my God to lose that way...lI legit felt bad for them. That was...different.
