It hasn’t in the big ten. Their top 2/3 are great but the bottom half of that league is still very bad. Meanwhile annual bottom dwellers like Vanderbilt are 10-2 and only lost to Bama and Texas by just 3 points. Don’t look now but MSU is making moves.
