This Thursday Night, Thanksgiving the Mississippi State Bulldogs host their in state Rival Ole Miss at 6:30 in one of the oldest rivalry’s in the SEC.
State playing for a 9 win regular season and a shot at the Citrus Bowl. Ole Miss playing for pride.
What’s the Rant’s take on this year’s Egg Bowl? Vegas has Mississippi State as an early 15 point favorite.

If it was in oxford, it could be a close game but it will be a massacre in Starkville. The Ole Miss qb played with a concussion against A&M. He may or may not be available. Ole Miss player or players already looking to transfer. I expect 55-20.

As an Ole Miss fan, I'm just ready for this season to be over, find out what the NCAA ruling is, and who our next HC is gonna be. It's been tough for us the last several years. I have zero faith in Ole Miss even hanging around in this game. Apathy is probably the best term to use regarding our fanbase right now.

Ole Miss needs a DC that is worth a damn coaching instead of just being a recruiter. I think some of their recent hires are more focused on the latter. You have to be able to play defense in the SEC in order to win
