The only times I've ever rooted for OU is when they play A&M in football and occasionally now in baseball because I always liked Skip, thought we should have made him head coach when Augie retired.

UNC will be the first team they have played that wasn't the highest-ranked team possible according to their initial draw.
Never played the 4 seed in the Regional, beat #2 national seed twice in a row to advance.
Beat the #15 national seed in the Supers to get to Omaha.
Beat the #7 seed, then the #3 seed twice in Omaha to make the CWS Finals.
Not one singular upset went their way to make it an "easier" path. It's been an incredible run.

I hope the rest of the conference will be behind us against UNC. We'd be behind any other conference member in a final against a non-conference opponent. Even those burnt orange people.

The frick I would. I stated on here before. Only time I've ever rooted for the whorns was the Rose Bowl vs USC. Rest of the time though, frick um.
