Bama used to have this cool bar The Train Station. Good music and cool setting back in day. Loved The Ivory Tusk also. Saw Dave Matthews Band before they were famous there.

Loved Chelsea’s in BR at the North Gate also. The Varsity had some big acts also there. Both were killer.

Surprised Proud Larrys and The Lyric didn’t make it. Both have crazy good music there. Willie Nelson, Elvis Costello, The Strokes, Col. Bruce, and on and on have played those two bars. Not sure if it’s music based on the rankings though.

But muh the square is the best college bar scene ever!!!!

Jeez did winning a freaking National Championship in baseball not cure y’all’s deal with us? It’s ridiculous how y’all focus on us so much. For the record I really like Dave’s Dark Horse. Great Pizza and cool dark scene with the candles on the tables. Good music. Loved it.

College kids flock to Two Keys Tavern to guzzle beers and brightly colored "fish bowls" when UK games are on. The drink deals can't be beat, and the in-house jukebox or occasional DJ keeps the music pumping. Make sure to check out the patio.

Pretty sure two keys is closed now, unless things have changed since last time I was in town

Shouldn't even be on this list. No gameday atmosphere at all.

Any bar on Broadway in Nashville is a big fan hangout on game days....but it's only fans of the visiting team, not Candy fans, as all 500 of them are partying at the student center lol.

Everyone in the South knows that a game at Candy is just an additional home game for the visiting team. About 150 of those partying students at the student center actually go to the game.

The Walter Payton at the Dark Horse watching an away game is the best.

Been to the lyric a few times now. Loud drunks that don't shut up the whole time. It sucks. Won't go back. Even if Billy Strings plays there again I will not go back. The acoustics are weirdly bad. Thought they would be better.

The Gin was the best bar in Oxford in my roving hound dog days. I know it's been shut down for probably 20 years. Why did it close?

It's always packed when I drive by on Saturday nights. I'm too old for that crowd now lol. I go to the bourbon bar down by the court house usually.

Uncle Louie's was amazing. Some good memories at that place.

What bar/area was it that a Kentucky fan got shot when we played in Columbia a few years ago? I feel like if you're fixin to get buckwild on a road trip at Carolina, that's probably as rowdy a place as any ?

It was in the Vista. A shooting occurred at the Empire supper club which let's just say is a darker area of town. They were hit in front of The Oyster bar which is a block and a half away.

Is Harry still around? One of the best white high school basketball players I've ever seen, but a real piece-of-work as a human being!

The speakeasy off a Starkville back alley was voted one of the “19 Best Cocktail Bars in America You Must Try”.

”If you look down the unnamed alley in Starkville that leads to the back of the police station and you see a light on in the building before it, that’s how you know the Guest Room is open for business”.

My back deck is underrated. Especially when the wife unleashes the pendulous Carolina melons.
