I bet that wasn't the tune you were singing in 2014 was it ? I think that's a perfect illustration of how a team can be completely different at the end of a season compared to wk 1.

I wasn't in week 8. I was saying that after OSU beat a top 10 MSU @MSU, then beat a top 15 Wisconsin by 60 in the B1GCG.

When Bama beats a top 15 team by 60 points I will completely wash away that loss to FSU. Deal?

A top 15 team with Joe Stave as qb ? A strange year indeed.

Need to take one weekend to have Big Ten and SEC play each other kind like what they do in Basketball. Then we know every year who has the strongest overall Conference.

All three would have a better shot playing their present schedules while only having to face an SEC “equivalent” at the end of the season. Were they to play a full SEC schedule & then face their equivalent place-winner, the SEC teams would win 95% of the time. Each would be similar to Boise State during their heyday.

What would you say is the current satisfaction level from the longhorn fanbase regarding Sark?

SEC fans used to say the SEC was the best because Alabama played for the title every year. Now B1G has won two in a row and it’s about the depth of the league. Curious.

No. Retarded fans like you wanted to discount the depth in the SEC so they said it was Alabama and then a bunch of Big 12 teams. That was never the case, and it’s not the case now. The SEC being so much better was because teams 3-9 were DRASTICALLY better than teams 3-9 in every other conference. That’s still the case.

Only middling teams ever chirped about depth. Sure, SEC has a better 6th place team than other conferences. That means frick all if the SEC isn't winning titles.

Sankey if a fool if he doesn’t demand more playoff spots than the garbage 10.

Pretty split. Half of us realize he just isn’t a great head coach and last season was the high water mark.
The other half still believes in him. I don’t think his seat is very warm at this point. I think it would take a couple of years like this season before they might consider moving on.

So personally, I think he’ll be fired in a couple of years unless he just decides to move on which is what I’m hoping for

The sad thing is, I think he might be able to do something if he would just swallow his pride and hire an offensive coordinator and just be the CEO. We all saw how much more successful ryan day was when he made the same move.

It’s the geography that separates the SEC from most other conferences. This month, games will be played in 55-75 degree weather while Big10, except for old PAC12 teams, will be playing in very cold weather.

As far as quality of play, big10 has been clear winner if only natty winner is the object. I expect that will end this year.

I hope the SEC and Big10 will schedule more Home and Home games. It’s great for the sport. I believe Bama has ND and Ohio State scheduled later this decade.

I’d love to have Bama in the horseshoe in October.
