Texas seems uninterested in playing aTm or Arkansas

Wow! Texas has been irrelevant for decades with the exception of the one national title they stumbled into during my lifetime. They haven’t been relevant since Darrell Royal rolled out the wishbone offense. I would think modern blue bloods like LSU, Clemson, or Ohio State would prefer to play someone like Washington or Oklahoma ...not Texas.

Very convenient he made that comment the day after our AD said the subject of playing them is tired and that A&M has moved on and set sights on other matters.

This is what I’ve been saying here for years......
Texas wants a worthwhile, attractive opponent.
LSU is not like the other two. LSU is a top program with a winning history. Aggy is not going to move the needle and you can keep the “deloss” threads out of an adult conversation.

Texas' superiority complex at its finest. Only the Longhorns can post a decade of results like this (with almost literally unlimited resources in a decidedly down conference) and still pretend they're too good to play us or A&M. They would be in a dogfight for third place in every divison of every P5 conference.

2014: 6–7
2015: 5–7
2016: 5–7
2017: 7–6
2018: 10–4
2019: 8–5

Texas is only interested in Big 6 games from the sec.
If they played the Lil 8, might as well go play a mid tier big ten or ACC school.
