I would never bet in a game like this. Nothing is learned in first OOC game because the lesser teams spend all summer trying to come up with so many different plays to pull an upset. The favorite can’t spend all that time on plays they won’t see all year. So a well coached OOC team can do something like WMU did. At same time Underwood looked bad, he’s a Jackson Arnold clone.

The game will be closer than most think.

Will be pretty bad for OU if they lose this game against Michigan.

You wouldn’t understand. It’s the closest thing to a rivalry that isn’t one. Pride matters for blue bloods. Wouldn’t expect a Gator to understand. Don’t act obtuse enough to not understand that concept. This game matters a lot to both fans bases. More so that a normal game.

They couldn’t move the ball on Western Michigan!!

It definitely forms a trend, but it’s usually never as good or as bad as the first game.

There’s also not a lot of film, new players (especially these days), new coaches and schemes to work out, etc.

That being said, Michigan looked pretty terrible, especially at QB.

Yeah, but you don’t understand they throw out the vanilla game plan when they’re getting their arse beat

They were trying their hardest the second half and cannot move the ball

Everyone is saying underwood should be benched and don’t be surprised if you see Carr out there.

He’s just a bad quarterback. You don’t just flip a switch.

I am kind of wondering if there performance against Central Michigan wasn't partly because they've been putting all of their eggs in the beat/OU - beat/OSU baskets in the off-season. I would be cautious here.

OU fans are pumping up Michigan like it’s gonna be a huge win

They won’t be ranked much longer. They shouldn’t be ranked now.

I’m very excited to see Texas/Ohio St. I tend to think Ohio St wins a close one but who knows.

Oklahoma is gonna boat-race Michigan. Sorry Portnoy.

It will be a top 15 win on the road to a team that won the national title 3 years ago.

I agree that unless Michigan does a complete 180 that they will be 6-6 or 7-5. Maybe worse. Their brand makes it look more impressive than the win will actually be. Just like LSU’s win last night (I swear this isn’t a troll post. Y’all took care of business and that’s what matters)

If horns don't win by 2 TDs, there is something wrong.

Betting big on week 2 off what you saw in week 1 is not the smartest move.

They were 16th and no way they move up. Many media people think they won’t be ranked

They are the equivalent of Clemson

So we’re now pumping up wins based on what they did three years ago and ignore the 17-9 since? lol

Bro they should’ve been upset by 4 field goals at home.
