Everybody is familiar with that case, but we also know that most liberal colleges completely ignore it in practice and continue to rig admissions in order to achieve the desired racial balance (which always seems to minimize the white students). They just don't use forbidden words like "quota" or "affirmative action" anymore. Strangely, they do cling to the term "DEI" at most woke schools.

Range is because most “international students” are not undergrad, 4-year students. Majority of international kids are going to be enrolled in graduate programs with some others enrolled in specific professional programs. The length of programs/graduate degrees varies so population demographics are going to change year to year (and also change during a single school year)

You're literally so uninformed on this topic that you think any kind of a race quota system in college admissions would be a benefit to east Asians. Maybe you should just sit this discussion out. Read about the 2023 Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard decision, but keep your mouth shut until you do.

I’m good actually but thanks.

You can be best buddies with The Jeets and enjoy eating cow shite and smelling like literal trash everywhere you go so you aren’t dah bad racist! Enjoy America being a mud soup of jeets in 30 years

It's going to happen at UGA too. GT will absorb the smartest ones and the rest will be Bulldogs.

part of Texas’ initiative to increase Hispanic student populations was offering new degree opportunities centered around Latino cultural/social areas. About 1/2 of 7% increase came from these newly created fields of study

Not familiar enough to understand the basic claims of the plaintiffs or the court's ruling, apparently.

Here's a hint: The court found that Asian college applicants were discriminated against and held to higher academic standards than other races.

these foreigners

Many of them live in Texas under visas held by parents, said parents having replaced American workers because they are cheaper and can be exploited more easily. Then, when the foreign children reach college age they can apply to UT and get the benefit of admission preference for "residents" as well as instate tuition. Thereby taking many places at the university that could have gone to actual Americans. It's all so wrong. I can't believe people can't see it.
