I don’t think I’ve ever seen a 5 week stretch without a single road game.

It all balances out. We had four straight road games in 2025. And a bye doesn’t count as a home game

No it doesn't balance out.
Advantages or disadvantages in season schedules cannot balance out. Each season is its own.
If a schedule had a disadvantage in 2025, a 2026 Advantage cannot help a season past.

We didn't make the schedule. Also Texas plays one of if not the hardest schedule this year so what's the gripe?

Great. Why don’t you volunteer to join the scheduling committee. I don’t care enough about it because I think it balances out.

Red River game is never treated, nor feels like a home game. It's effectively an away game for both schools.

Last year Texas went from Sept 20 through Nov 1 between games at home, 6 weeks.
BTW, I would consider Dallas a road game even if at a neutral site, a road game nonetheless. The same would apply for Oklahoma.

Why are you worried about our schedule so much?
We have 4 games at DKR, 4 on the road, and 1 neutral site game as far as conference schedule goes.
