Not the point. Point is nearly everyone on this board (including some Aggies btw) thought we'd be a veritable punching bag for the conference coming into 2012. Finishing third in the division that produced the national champion is an incredible feat when stacked up against preseason expectations.

That's also very true. I think the only fanbases I don't hate on some level are the Alabama schools.

TA, I'm not a fan of bragging; but for the first time in ages, Ags arent on suicide watch. We have a football program we're proud of, along w a charismatic & glass-chewing coach, a heisman trophy, a couple of top NFL draft prospects, ground being broken on a bat-free stadium, and a great first season in the conference we've lusted after for decades. If you knew the utter shittiness that our fans have endured over the past 15 years, you'd have a clear understanding of the impetus behind the behavior of some of our overly boisterous, albeit, obnoxious fans.
