I am sure Texas A&M will find a way to say football will be shut down!

He was probably clearly slipping on the depth chart, am I right?

This could threaten their highly-anticipated six win season.

Ausbon is pretty good. We had 3 decent junior receivers starting last year and none are playing this year. And I'm fine with it.

"College Station/Aggieland, it's been a blessing that I've been provided a home for the 3 to 4 years to accomplish my dream as a kid. For those who supported my teammates and I, I truly appreciate your support and unconditional love so much," Ausbon wrote.

"This was not an easy decision at all! Sounds cliche, but, when I decided to come back for my fourth year I would have never imagined not playing this season with the guys I love and call brothers. These are bonds I hold for a lifetime and I mean that wholeheartedly.

"I've made a decision to use my last year to opt out of the 2020-21 season and prepare for my future in the NFL. Finshiing this fall semester, I will complete/receive my Bachelor's Degree from Texas A&M University, for that I am very grateful. I am blessed and thankfuil for everyone that has helped me get to this point and I will represent Texas A&M forever."

Ausbon was the leading returning receiver by far on the Aggie roster. The 6-foot-2, 210-pounder ranks ninth all time in school history in receptions with 147 and eighth all time in receiving yards with 1,818.

I’m not sure about that.
But he’ll certainly be missed.
