No man. Even my grandpa who was born in 1912 used to dog A&M when I was a kid. I never understood what he was talking about because I just cared what Hershel was doing each week. But he used to say “ain’t nothing in Texas but steers and queers, and all the queers go to Texas A&M.” So this isn’t new. Y’all have been the pariah aggots forever it seems.

the purpose of universities despite what t-shirt fans seem to believe. In that arena, Texas towers over A&M, and the rest of the SEC not named Vandy for that matter.

It doesn't matter here. Nobody cares. Longhorns and Aggies ain't Rice kids despite pretending otherwise so it's all relative anyway.

That is what people have been saying since the 1940s.

It is harder to get in to Rice than Texas but Texas is academically superior to Rice. Go look at the list of schools ranked in the top 10 for undergraduate business, engineering and comp sci. it is a short list. Texas is on it. Rice is not.

But not too busy to post on a message board about how you don’t care, right?

Must not be much money, or maybe you care more than you want to admit.

In all seriousness, I know multiple longhorn grads who get super pissed when they see a sea of T-shirt fans. We have some too but not nearly as much. And for those who like to brag about rankings, I know successful people who graduated from tech and UH, and not-so-successful people who graduated from ut and a&m

The people who brag about their schools ranking are the ones making money for someone else

That same logic applies Yale. No one think Texas is even remotely in that realm of Yale and they don't think it is anywhere close to Rice either.

Unacceptable with our resources but resources don’t win games. Extremely frustrating or extremely laughable based upon which side of the line you stand.

Same could be said for Utx supporters
You spent all of that time googling those images because Texas makes you feel that inferior

See. Here you go puffing your chicken hawk chest out again.

The big bad SEC where you average less than 8-4 or 7-5.

Congrats your'e Arkansas or Auburn without the championship.

A&M has had a losing conference record two whole times since (thankfully) joining the conference that a lot of ignorant people said would be a death sentence for its program. All the embellishing on here about where A&M's program is at won't change it either.

I've already commented in this thread about knowing where A&M's place is and agree with you.

Tcu and baylor is a little more than here and there though. And tech and baylor have basketball to fall back on.
