Alabama held A&M's rushing attack to 1.8 per rush last night. The lack of having a true pass rusher hurts us against DT QB's, but Buggs looks like he's coming into his own.

Now let's not go that far. We beat one of the worst offenses in the SEC

There were two passes Mond made that were impossible to defend and made for the majority of his damage.

Anyone who can make those throws will continue to hurt Bama or anyone else who has to try to defend it.

He looked like RG III at Baylor in flashes and like a freshman at others. Lots of potential, will be interesting to see him develop.

I feel much better about our game in November after watching the gumps last night against A & M. Bama is very beatable this year.

I hope all LSU fans will be emotionally invested into that massacre.

The only real reason Clemson is doing well this season is that bad arse defense they have. Bryant is average to slightly above average at best.

It's interesting that, unlike most of the last decade, a lot of the teams currently in the playoff hunt (Clemson, Alabama, Georgia, Ohio State, Washington, Auburn, Wisconsin) have very good defenses and improving but somewhat one dimensional/suspect offenses.

The hitting and physicality in the Auburn/Georgia and Auburn/Alabama games will make Pat Dye and Gene Stallings blush.

Mond is still pretty raw and developing. He should be 100x better next year

Talented kid with great instincts. And, he has really gotten better since he was thrown in against UCLA.

He didn't panic at all against us last night, and we were in his face the entire game. Impressive.

Mond is not afraid, he took some brutal hits and kept fighting, and scrambling to make a play. I’m excited to see him come along.

Bama's D wasn't a problem last night. May have given up a couple big plays that were great plays by Mond, but that can happen to anyone. The scramble pass on a dime dropped perfectly in between 3 DBs was just a great play. It happens sometimes.

Bama's O, on the other hand, was putrid. It also happens every now and then. Just win a tough road game when things are kind of out of whack on that given night and move on.

Ok instead of just shaking my head and getting of the rant for the rest of the day, I am going to try to explain the impossible to an idiot. Brandon Harris was not dual-threat. He did not pass or run. All he did was hand of the football. Jordan Jefferson was a hand-off guy and a heave throw QB. LSU has never had a true DT QB to me so yeah you are a fool

ok instead of shaking my head and going bow hunting for the rest of the day, i am going to try to explain the impossible to an idiot. people have been saying that about bama since johnny football did his thing several years ago. your post would have been more relative if made then. also, jj and bh were dual threat qbs who were throttled by your head coach. that’s an L6u problem.
now i’m going hunting. good luck saturday!

Dual threat QB?
Oh, lil Nicky benched Hurts?
Dude's dorm waste basket probably empty with garbage all around it.

He ain't no dual threat.
Hardly even a QB at all.

And screw gumps anyway.

Cept for genro. I read all his posts. That's a funny mofo.

I wonder how Bama would fare against LSU's no-threat QB.

I was impressed by him. He is one of the better true freshman I've seen in awhile. As long as he doesn't go full Aggy, and develop a poppers addiction, he should develop into a great QB.
