Who wouldn't want to beat the 85 bears 88 49ers and the 2007 patriots all in one season.

State caught shite last year for our weak OOC schedule.
At least y'all played La Tech last year. This year Rice SMU and New Mexico may not win a combined 10 games

Speak up. Mississippi State fans did and we got the Texas classic vs Oklahoma State. Your AD has more power than you think.
Glad to see State beefing up the schedule. Prior to this year, State's non con schedule was a complete joke. Hopefully aTm follows your lead. Texas needs to quit being a bitch and play them every year.

We have to lead by example.

remember when State used to play the likes of Oregon in the OOC?... a mean they'd get their sh*t kicked in nine ways to sunday, but at least they had the juevos to play the games.

I just dont see the point especially when you look at a season like A&M had in 2010. Scheduled Arky (when they had a pulse) got our teeth kicked in and after getting blown out by LSU in the cotton bowl we finished 9-4. If we had scheduled Rice or some shite in the OOC we would have been 10-3 and I wouldnt have to hear how we hadnt had 10 wins since blah blah.
You can talk schedule smack all you want for the year it's in but 3 or 4 years down the road only thing people pay attention to is the number of wins not how many quality opponents were in the OOC. Maybe people remember LSU's awesome run a couple years ago but I would consider that an outlier.

You're going to give us no choice but to unleash the beast on your arse.

I prefer cupcake OOC schedules. We already play in the SEC west, that's enough tough games for me.

You would. Pussy

Doesn't Matter Had Wins.
ETA: The whole point is just to go to a bowl game anyways and go and have some fun. I don't give a shite if we "challenge ourselves."

Didn't their schedule get fricked up because of them joining the SEC and games being moved around?

this loser's mentality with regards to scheduling is such crap... who gives a flight flip if you guys won 9 or 10 games two years ago?... not playing good OOC games is only hurting you, as a fan.
the only thing that should matter is you're missing out on a potential awesome OOC matchup and one more time to see Johnny Football... unless you just like seeing snoozefests like rice and SHS.

The MS schools are infamous for playing weak non-conf schedules to try and make themselves relevant.
At least Nutt was bold enough to schedule Texas for OM.

^^^ This shite right here is why kids today shouldn't get "participation" trophies. This is what it breeds.
