Maybe a top 20 contract. Similar to what Arkansas, Auburn, Florida, & Oklahoma are paying.

If he made a NC run he could theoretically make $17M that year!?

Even though this is a completely reasonable agreement (ridiculously high SEC HC salaries notwithstanding), it will get trolled/ flamed because the Rant is a cesspool

Just realized what the 11 M assistant pool means. It's about 2 M more than Bama who was #1 in 2023. Be prepared to have your OC moneywhipped if Elko decides to.

7 mil ain't bad. He had just signed a new contract at Duke this summer through 2029 so it was likely up there too.

Man, somebody from Vegas drew up that contract as the house will never have to pay the big numbers.

I am excited about that assistant pool. Clear message that Elko can hire whoever he wants.

Also, I would imagine the post season incentives are not cumulative in the full agreement. But who knows.

Gonna need a ton of $$$ to convince anyone decent to walk into that pressure cooker of unreasonable expectations.
