So I actually read this blog post (not even an article) and its actually tongue in cheek and paints Randolph as a lunatic. The author is clearly having subtle fun at his expense.

Holy shite

Imagine how sad of an existence Charles must have to be this obsessed with a trademark. No wonder his wife left him.

It basically states his accusations in such an outlandish and absurd way so as to obviously paint them as crazy.

Ever seen the South Park episode about "Sarcastiball"? That's exactly how that article comes across. The author clearly wants hits for absurdity.

This is a quote FROM THE ARTICLE DUKE BELIEVES VALIDATES HIS CLAIMS:

quote:

So, no fraud. It doesn't matter if Gill was the only sub or not, or when the tradition was born. The Aggies own the marks, and that's that. (Three other IP attorneys I spoke to echoed Karmilovich's views.) Duke, on the other hand, remains unconvinced. The recent Colts settlement was a sore disappointment to him. He had been in contact with the team's lawyers, sending them reams of his research and hoping they would go to the mat with the Aggies.

The author LITERALLY STATES Duke is wrong and every lawyer alive would agree.

You're on any and every A&M related thread before we are.

You're LSU's Randolph Duke.

I guess they do need 12 men for when they break up into couples to snuggle on those cold winter nights, make sense now.

Dear Randolph,

Mom loved me more and you are just going to have to deal with it.

As for all that other stuff you blathered on about, the "tradition" originated with Centre College who had a better football team back in the day than a bunch of nutless horns. Brush up on your history if you can read so you sound like less of an idiot when you type. If it helps, here is a link to the famous game between Centre and Harvard 6 - 0 LINK. Back in the day, Centre was an SIAA member and has much history with fellow SIAA brothers, and followed along through the SoCon and SEC days. Centre, like our fallen brother Sewanee, is still known and respected so their game with TAMU is part of our brotherhood too. In short, seek professional help for your stalker issues and leave it to us to kick TAMU's arse going forward. If they are as gay as you imply, they should like it when we spank there arse so it turns into a win - win for the SEC.

Sincerely,

Your brother Mortimer

You do realize that E King Gill was enough of an athlete to be a multi-sport player, had given up football to focus on other sports, and was called out of the stands specifically because the coach knew he was a good player, right?
