This is the resumption of the rivalry that we’ve all been waiting for.

Meh.
We have nothing to lose; the sips are the higher seed.
Beat the hell outta Indiana.

Can a 3 seed choke? I guess if they lose to a 4 seed, but let’s be real. We’re playing with house money at this point.

True, you only have upside here. Go get 'em Aggies!

sips

Can yall think of a better nickname for them than sips. This might have been offensive in the 1940’s but today it just sounds silly. Like calling someone a poo poo head.

I’m not concerned with what anyone thinks of the name.
(you may have noticed that Ags don’t give a lick what others think of our traditions)
To me, they’re tea-sips.
I don’t think of it as a nickname, it’s who/what they are.
I can understand your reaction, though.

Every single one of his kids with their stupid “k” name are okay college players with no chance at the bigs besides being their daddy’s kids.

Yeah pretty much go Longhorns in everything. I've been around Aggies and Austin and the Aggies take the inferior complex by a country mile. Them joining the SEC is like an over controlled child getting away from an over bearing parent. They don't know what to do with themselves.

You are aware that we played texas university earlier this year don't you?

And played them last year?

Football is the only sport in which they do not care to play us.

Our response has always been anyplace, anywhere, anytime.

Ball is in their court.

and Basketball when we're doing well. Recall how they deliberately lost to Northern Iowa so they wouldn't have to lose to us in the tournament in 2016.

This year, they insisted on it being an exhibition game so our players really didn't care that much (remember how they went from a 2 point exhibition loss to t.u. to annihilating West Virginia in Rammstein?)

I’m guessing you have a blow up doll in liue of a real woman or would that be real boy?

Regardless, let’s counter with some reality.

-“Texas dodged us in ‘16 by tanking to Northern Iowa”.

Nada, Northern Iowa hit a half court buzzer beater.

-“Texas insisted on an exhibition game and we lost due to lack of interest”.

Nope, the game was put together 5 days prior as an exhibition with 100% of the proceeds going towards the Texas Relief fund and tickets as high as $1000 face value.

As far as scheduling in football.. get up off that blow doll/boy/sheep and you’ll see that Del Conte recently reached out to your AD to discuss options for scheduling... we all know the result.

Carry on tin soldiers in candy land, may the tooth fairy be with you.

Daniel, perhaps you should borrow CG’s blow up doll, gotta be a lil more user friendly than the vibrater you’ve been gnawing on.

The result is that "Del" waited until we already had our nonconference schedules locked in through 2024.

Bottom line is that, until the Arkansas series moves away from Cowboys Stadium, we're not going to get put into a situation where we only have 6 home games every other year.

2013 would have worked, but deloser Dodds wanted nothing to do with it.
