Anyway A&M is always talking about rich and amazing and greatest at everything you are. You even talk smack at West Point for not being as awesome at military stuff as you. I find it funny you are offended by our smugness and arrogance. I mean we are both big Texas schools how could we be any different?
Exactly...Aggies don't get it and never will.

Dodds was a jerk. He had a big mouth and I just do not get it. The guy was from Kansas, he was just brought in to be a manager and he talked like he WAS Texas. It was weird.
The worst thing about the UT ethos is that you think you ARE (the state of) Texas, when in fact you’re a leftist liberal arts city college with a try-hard mascot and a T-shirt flakey fanbase.

Well in all fairness you do see that mascot everywhere in Texas. Longhorn cattle are in every region of the state. It's actually the perfect mascot for a Texas school.

Retarded response. I know bubbles are a shite ton of fun for children. I’m asking how did this tradition get started?

Say what you want about the tenets of UT, Dude, at least it's an ethos.

So, in other words, the Aggies also don’t know what’s up with the bubbles? Just another kinda weird thing Aggies decided to do?

Two players started it in 2015, and it bubbled up to the stands. Infielder Patrick McLendon '15 bought a small plastic bubble machine and set it running in the dugout as part of a running joke with pitcher Corbin Martin '18 (the Eagle recorded the full story here). Initially a celebration of home runs, it’s expanded to runs and other achievements, and fans all over the stands bring their own bubbles.

Aggies didn't lose. They just ran out of innings.

I’ll say here what I said in last night’s game thread.
Despite the Ags playing one of their worst games of the season vs the horns, I just kinda shrugged my shoulders afterwards and went about my evening.
That entire broadcast reminded me repeatedly how great it’s been to leave that bunch for the SEC.
it almost felt fake.
Maybe it’s an age thing, I don’t know.
Congrats to the horns.
