Y’all couldn’t beat a shitty UF team last year with the high octane offense that only scored 14 and the shitty, as usual, defense that gave up 38 to an even more shitty UF offense.

Since 1998, Tennessee has gone 4-19 vs Florida.

And the last time we won? 2016 with Dobbs and Jennings. Hooker and Tilman is an even better QB/WR combo for us. The ground game will be open as well. A true elite dual threat does that for you.

Cope… I’m coming up on 30, there is zero chance on turning this around on me for being young. UF has just been that dominant over Tennessee for the last 15-20 years

Florida has won the CWS, Vols haven’t. Florida has won basketball NC, Vols haven’t, and the Gators are entering their fourth decade of owning UT in football and Tennessee fans still can exercise restraint.

You guys should be encouraged, optimistic, and humble. And though youve had lots of practice the last 20 years being humbled you still don’t take to it.

Florida’s defense is better than Tennessee’s. Richardson has as much ability as Hooker and Florida has a better OL. You may have better skill people, but the Gators also brought in some difference makers. I get TN being favored, but you got rolled by largely this same Florida team last year with Merlins half checked out.

And dang you guys for making me repeatedly defend UF

You'd think they would've learned by now. 0-4 against Muschamp, losing record to the Shark fricker, and 0-4 against Muffin with an average margin of defeat of over 22 PPG. And last year's game was after the Bama loss, with Emory Jones still at QB, and Hooker playing QB for them.

Dude is just trying to rile rival fans, lol. He is talking about finding their identity late in the year but loses to Purdue in the bowl game.

But because of a great spring?? and signing some good players in the 2023 class, who won't be a part of the 2022 team, he sees an SEC East title and possible playoff run.

We will see guy.

Florida has been as or more dominant against TN than AL since the Bush Sr. Presidency. Let that sink in. Vols were blasted by UF last year. And Heupel went backwards, not forward, every year at UCF. I get optimism, hell we’re all optimistic. What I don’t get is this certainty that a team that would have been bottom half of the Mountain West in defense last year is going to spontaneously change a 40 year narrative and win every coin flip game, and they have several. They may beat UF, they may not, but they may also lose to SC, Mizzou, KY, LSU, or Pittsburg, or several of those.

Oh no, Tennessee fans talking shite in the summertime. This has never happened before. Whatever will we do!

It is one dude who just showed up because well that's what happens. It's like wack-a-mole with these offseason 'vols.'

At any rate, would love to know your thoughts on why we're favored by 4.5. I don't recall being favored in quite some time - maybe 2016?

I don't know where to rate UF this upcoming year. Y'all are probably in better shape than people are crediting but very little has been said by anyone about this coming season's team. The last big PR I heard was regarding the player who had a career ending injury in practice (at least that's what your coach thought when it happened - IDK how that all turned out).

Doesn't matter. Tennessee is favored and we will beat them by three to four TDs. Stop bringing up the past. UF simply doesn't have the fire power to keep up this year.

Vols baseball is straight up dominating as well. Like i said....you bitter haters can't handle a dominant Tennessee program.

And DJS....i could care less what you think. UGA is dropping three games at least this year. I'll bet good money that Tennessee finishes with a better record.

Oh I have no idea, I was just having a little fun. I think we have a pretty high ceiling because our QB is pretty dynamic and has shown flashes of greatness. We also have a pretty low floor because he has shown flashes of shite.

We went 8-2 in the SEC in 2020 and 2-6 last year, so we are really a big question mark to me.
