I know you were just funnin’.
And the first one-thousand iterations of that post were chuckle-worthy about 9 years ago.
But the deal is, the same post is still made at least 10 times a day.
It’s very meh.
I see that stuff, and I think, “Is this person seriously an adult?”
But again, that’s y’all’s thing.
Different strokes and all.

I looked up Randolph Duke, pretty fascinating stuff. I tend to agree with the writer's conclusion on common law ownership, but I don't see the need for actually trademarking it when the Seahawks had developed it independently before that (1984). Good case against IP in any event, even though that would put one of my lawyer friends out of work

Well, at least it doesn’t bother you in the slightest, that much is clear...

12th man is a cool tradition tbh, out of all of the many things to clown TAMU about, this ain’t it.

12th man should have never been granted as a trademark. Thats the ultimate problem.

Wow... that's a lot of dumb in one post. Nicely done.

I would grant "butt hurt aggie" and "sandy vagina" to aTm well before anything else. Those two terms have proven out over time much more appropriate than anything else.
Return to your jizz jar and polishing the chip on your shoulder.

I understand y'all like it as a tradition, but it's pretty generic compared to Roll Tide or War Eagle. So it seems odd that a trademark was granted.

I agree, but as you can see, by the movement of the aggy band, the original yell was “12th Man Jizz Jar”. Somehow out of embarrassment (rare for an aggy) jizz jar got left off and was not trademarked.
