Georgia defensive back Ja’Marley Randle was arrested last Friday in Georgia and is facing multiple charges, including felony drug offenses and speeding.

According to reports, authorities pulled Randle over on Interstate 95 after allegedly clocking him driving around 95 miles per hour before conducting a traffic stop.

Police reportedly discovered marijuana-related products and THC vapes during a search of the vehicle after officers claimed they smelled marijuana coming from inside the car. Randle, who transferred to Georgia from East Carolina Pirates during the offseason, had been expected to compete for immediate playing time in the Bulldogs’ secondary heading into the 2026 season.
