1. Since halftime of Georgia game, Bama D is pathetic. Why?
2. DeBoer looks lost on sideline. Not see any adjustments from him.
3. Players by and large looked uninspired. Very docile. Why?
4. No run game. Why? Bama has two really good running backs. If defense can’t stop Vandy then offense should grind on ground and run clock. Why did DeBoer not do this for this game and 2nd half Georgia?
5. I’m all For players making money. However, for 60 minutes must be understood by players that I as your coach am God. No self aggrandizement. “ Kill Everyone” on bridge of nose is punk shite. DeBoer has created individual little pricks instead of one cohesive team. Saban never would have tolerated this.
6. DeBoer is too nice. What worked at Fresno St, South Dakota etc just won’t work at Alabama. I learned from Saban that to be at the pinnacle of your game, you MUST sacrifice individual identity for team success.
7. Kane Womack needs to go back to South Alabama. Hire Jeremy Pruitt tomorrow.
8. Bama will lose 2-3 more games unless DeBoer takes the gloves off. I would work them like dogs this week until they puke.

Thanks for letting me melt.

In all honesty…..this is going to be the new norm in college football. NIL rich players and not having to go undefeated or lose one game to get into the playoffs have watered down the importance of games.

Is Vandy’s stadium even completed?

Are they still sitting on those temporary bleachers?

You misspelled getting paid whether they win or lose.

This is the number one question if I am an Alabama fan.

It was a classic trap game and none of us saw it coming. Vandy coming off a bye week with nothing to lose...a QB that idolizes Johnny Manziel patterns his game after him and watches that Bama upset again and again.

Bama coming off that huge UGA game and well.....we re only playing Vandy this week.

Cant run clock when you’re playing from 2 scores behind all game. Georgia game we should have and didn’t.

He didn’t create it, it’s everywhere. What Saban did best was channel and focus that aggression. Nobody else is that good at it, and DeBoer is learning what works and what doesn’t with this team. He just got a good lesson, let’s see if he learns from it.

I had a coach who would run you till you puked. It was less effective than you think. Individual meetings with the unit groups on who failed and why works better.

2nd half of the Georgia game bc of game script and Smith biting on that one play.

I think they just got out schemed and out prepared this week.

The main takeaway was when Vandy took away Alabama's sense of dignity and worth.

Another thing, I’m all for celebrating after a touchdown, but:

You’re a bunch of 4 and 5 stars getting your arse knocked around by a bunch of 1 and 2 stars and you score still being down , stop all the look at ME dancing and shite and hand the ball to the ref. There is still work to do.

Maybe I’m totally wrong but that just bothers me to no end.

Another key problem. Kids are going to be more concerned about being paid than practicing and studying film. A few smart ones will realize that NIL money is chump change compared to their future NFL signing bonus. All we can do as fans is either accept weird seasons or find better things to do with our time on Saturdays. The older I get the second option just suits me fine.

I knew this was going to be a problem when he was encouraging players to celebrate in practice.
